About

Joseph has over  25 years of experience in fixed Operations. He began his career as an automotive technician.  He quickly progressed through the ranks as a Parts Counter Person, Parts Manager, Service Advisor, Service Manager, Parts and Service Director and Fixed Operations Director. The majority of Joseph's retail experience has been at the senior management level. He has an outstanding track record for maintaining high Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention and  Department Profitability. Joseph is uniquely qualified in maximizing facility efficiency and profitability, having managed multiple departments and having implemented programs tailored to the goals of the Business. Joseph has outstanding interpersonal skills and is highly trained as an instructor and motivator.  Joseph held the position of Director of  Operations at New Jersey’s Lincoln Technical Institute for several years.  He was responsible for creating the program curriculum and for training and motivating the instructors.  Consultant to the automotive Industry  for the implementation of the Accelerator Project, a customized dealer profitability and service retention initiative. Joseph also has a Degree in Business/Marketing from Rutgers University (Cook College) Graduate of class 1992.
